Shipping:
All items will be shipped via UPS or Canadapost. Please be aware, UPS does not deliver to a PO box. If your address is a PO box and you want UPS to deliver your package, please provide a physical address.

Returns & exchanges
I accept returns
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fee is not refundable.
I can not accept returns for custom or personalized order.
